Staff Module

  • The Plant Category Compliance Check in the OCF Staff details has been fixed

  • When opening the slide-over panel in the Staff details > Documents section to view any approved document, the Approver’s name now displays correctly

Client App

  • Updated filters in the Live Access Dashboard List view

  • Redirects the logged-in User to the Form Dashboard view when accessing the Forms module

  • Fixed permissions in the Workers > Documents tab to view/edit/download documents, with business rules applied

  • Fixed the Auto Provisioning from Azure/Microsoft Accounts to prevent duplicate records and ensure status updates correctly after account creation and login

  • Fixed the Address field (OCF) to handle line breaks without breaking the Site Details view

Contractor App

  • Improved the User interface (UI) in the Workers List under the Name column to include Worker Name and Account Status

  • Importing Workers via CSV > Bulk Upload: Fixed to correctly record numbers in the Phone field, ensuring workers can sign in to the Live Access App without issues

  • Fixed an issue with the worker's login where the User could not create another new form after successfully submitting a previous one

Incident Module

  • The Staff Submenu in the Configuration has been optimised to reduce data table loading time to under 10 seconds

  • Updated the email alert format when creating an Investigation or a Corrective Action

  • Updated the Incident Note feature to improve User experience (UX) for Staff Users without add/edit authority

Inspection Module

  • The CSV Export in the Inspection List view has been optimised

  • When completing an Inspection, the Action Required field in the checklist item has been enabled to be editable, allowing users to change Action Required to 'N' after the initial selection

    • This has been implemented only in the Web app for now

    • Not implemented for the Minimal Inspection feature

  • Fixed export issue with Project/Site data affecting Inspection PDF files

Live Access API

  • Updated the API for Live Access Android Push Notifications to ensure complete data exchange between the app and the web app

  • The PIN request feature has been fixed to ensure Users can get a PIN when:

    • They have multiple profiles

    • They are active on at least one profile and deactivated on others

Configuration Module

  • Removed the Expiry Date of Month field from adding or editing Document Categories
