Introduction

In ComplyFlow, the sites list is used to set up and manage each site. This includes creating sign-in points for workers and visitors, defining the requirements people must meet before entering (such as inductions, qualifications, or clearances), and uploading site-specific documents that can be shared with the right people. The sites list helps you monitor compliance across all locations, giving a clear view of the safety and compliance requirements for each site.

Viewing Site List and Sites

1. Go to the Navigation menu > select Sites.

2. A list of all available sites will appear. Select View Site to access detailed information about the site.

3. You will see detailed information specific to the site selected, including the Status, Site ID, Site Name, Code, Address, State, Post Code, Timezone, Site Contact, Site Requirements (Document and Training requirements), and File List.

Viewing Inactive Sites

Use the Archived Sites Toggle in the Sites Module:

  • Toggle OFF: Shows only active sites (default)

  • Toggle ON: Shows inactive sites with "(Inactive)" labels

3. The filtered results will be shown with Filter Tags displayed below the Search Bar. You can also reset all the Filter by selecting Clear all Filters button.
