ComplyFlow offers a simple QR code sign in option for visitors and guests.
Please check with your client to confirm if this feature is available for your site
How to Sign In Using a QR Code
1. Scan the QR Code
Open the camera or a QR code scanning app on your smartphone
Position your phone over the QR code displayed at the sign-in location
Continue to the browser then select sign in
2. Enter Your Details
Fill in the required fields on the sign-in form and submit. Your client may have different requirements for personal details at sign. Regardless of the options your client request, only items with the red asterisk are required.
The fields that may be present include:
First & Last Name
Company Name
Phone Number
Person Escorting You (If applicable)
Company Visiting (If applicable)
Purpose of Visit (If applicable)
Email of the Person You Are Visiting (If applicable)
3. Complete Induction
There may be an induction to complete

hazards acknowledgement or important Site information to view before you can sign in.
4. Confirmation
A confirmation message will appear, indicating that you have successfully signed in
You are now registered as a visitor on-site, once you are finished you can open the same page to sign out.
5. Sign out
Once you are finished there are two ways to Sign Out:
Open the same window you used to Sign In and select Sign Out
Scan the QR code, select Sign Out and enter your mobile number.
