Incident Module
Corrective Actions UI Redesigned - The Corrective Actions and Investigations interface has been updated with a modern card-based layout, improving readability and mobile responsiveness.
Attachments Now Viewable Without Editing - Attachments uploaded to Corrective Actions and Investigations can now be viewed directly, with image thumbnails and light box support, without needing to enter edit mode.
Contractor Registration
Restricted Admin Approval Fixed - Approving restricted admin registrations now works correctly when the contractor is already assigned to the approving client.
Live Access
Starter Account Induction Images Fixed - Default induction images now display correctly for newly created starter accounts.
Sites
Torus Integration API Optimised - Redundant API calls to the Torus access control system have been eliminated, preventing rate-limiting errors when managing access groups.
System Stability
API Token Cache Moved to Database - The API authentication token cache has been moved from local file storage to a shared database, resolving intermittent authentication failures in load-balanced environments.
