Inspections

  • Inspection Actions V2 API — A new version of the Inspection Actions API endpoint is now available with improved filtering and pagination support.

  • Checklist Items Column Layout Fixed — The Checklist Item, Finding, and Recommendation columns now truncate long text correctly. The Recommendation column has been repositioned for better readability.

Staff & Permissions

  • Permission Scheme Assignment Improved — Setting permissions when adding staff or using the Actions button now correctly applies all selections from the chosen scheme.

  • Advanced Settings Display Fixed — The slide-over advanced settings for Forms and Inspections permissions now display and function correctly.

  • Phone Number Handling Improved — Phone number validation now accepts hyphens and handles empty values correctly for both staff and workers.

  • FK Constraint Error Resolved — A foreign key constraint violation that occurred when updating staff details has been fixed.

Incidents

  • Notification Groups Now Project-Scoped — Incident notification groups now only notify staff who are assigned to the incident's project and marked as available, ensuring more targeted and relevant notifications.

  • Incident Shift Time Default Updated — "Not Applicable" is now the first option in the Incident Shift Time dropdown for faster data entry.

  • PDF Export Fixed — PDF exports across the system now correctly display headers, footers, and embedded assets.

  • Configuration Navigation Fixed — Security Groups, Notifications, and External Users pages in incident configuration are now accessible again.

Forms & Permits

  • Valid Period Display Corrected — The Valid Period column in the Forms datatable now displays date information correctly, with proper timezone handling.

  • Direct Link to Create Specific Form Type — Users can now navigate directly to form creation with a specific form type pre-selected via URL parameters.

  • Action Buttons Fixed for Cancelled Forms — The Complete and Review actions no longer appear for cancelled or expired forms, and button overlap with the left menu has been resolved.

  • Form Endpoint Authorisation Enforced — Client-side form endpoints now enforce staff-only authorisation, preventing unauthorised access.

APIs

  • Risk Detail API Improved — The Risk Detail API now returns proper error responses for invalid requests.

  • Scheduled Inspections API Ordering Fixed — The Scheduled Inspections API now returns results in a deterministic order, preventing pagination from skipping records.

  • Inspection Actions API Ordering Fixed — The Inspection Actions API pagination now has a default ordering to prevent inconsistent results.

  • Incident Data API V3 with Pagination — The Incident Data API now supports pagination for better handling of large datasets.

  • PayWay Payment Processing Improved — Payment processing reliability has been improved with automated key renewal.

Online Training

  • SCORM Completion Conditions — Training courses now support configurable completion conditions, allowing organisations to require either "Passed" or "Completed" status.

  • Duplicate Course Name Detection — The system now warns when creating a training course with a name that already exists in the organisation.

  • Expired Training Review Button Removed — The Review button is no longer shown for expired training courses on the contractor side.

Plant & Vehicles

  • Operator Competencies Document Fix — The Documents tab in Plant Details no longer incorrectly displays operator competencies documents.

  • Archive Metadata Cleared on Reactivation — Reactivating a plant item now correctly clears the archived date and archiver name fields.

Live Access

Authentication

  • OTP Error Messages Improved — Error messages for invalid OTP codes during login are now more consistent and user-friendly.

Risk Register

  • Search Filters Fixed — Search filters for the Effective From Date and Last Reviewed columns in the Risk Control datatable now work correctly.

System & UI

  • Long Name Display Fixed — Accounts with longer first and last names no longer break the header layout.

  • File Upload Limits Standardised — File size handling has been standardised across the platform with consistent MB-based limits.

  • Contractor Dashboard Visual Corrections — Minor visual corrections applied to the contractor dashboard display.

Changes to Be Aware Of

The following changes may affect how some features work. Please review these if they apply to your organisation.

  • Incident Notifications Now Project-Scoped — When an incident is forwarded to a notification group, only staff assigned to the incident's project will now receive the notification. Previously, all staff in the group were notified regardless of project assignment. If staff are missing notifications, check that they are assigned to the relevant project. Review your notification group membership and project assignments to ensure the right people are still covered.

  • Inspections Show "In Progress" During Mobile Sync — Inspections being uploaded from the mobile app now appear as "In Progress" in the web app until the upload is fully complete. Previously they showed as "Completed" straight away, even while photos and data were still uploading. This also means dashboard counts and KPI reports will not include these inspections until the sync finishes.

  • Online Training Permissions Now Capped by Employee Level — Staff training access is now limited to the lower of their staff permission and employee permission levels. For example, a staff member with Read/Write training access but Read Only at employee level will now only have Read Only access. If staff report reduced training access, check that their employee record has the appropriate permission level.
