Summary
This release fixes two Forms issues affecting reviewer approvals and inline feedback delivery, and refines the Dashboard expiry alerts shown to staff who upload documents on behalf of others so that historic, no-longer-required documents no longer appear.
Forms
Reviewers Can Now Approve Forms with a Failed AI Review - The assigned reviewer of a form's current section can now approve the form even when a required question's AI review has failed or is still pending. Previously, reviewers were blocked from approving because the AI review gate was being applied to them, even though they have no way to trigger or retry the AI review themselves.
Inline Feedback Now Sends Correctly with Multiple Reviewers - Fixed an issue where draft inline feedback on a form would silently stay in "Draft" status (and remain invisible to the contractor) when one staff member wrote the feedback and a different staff member clicked "Send & Request More Info". Both reviewers' comments are now sent to the contractor as expected.

Document Expiry Alerts for Uploaders Now Filter Out No-Longer-Required Documents - The dashboard expiry alerts shown to staff who upload documents on behalf of others now only include documents whose category is still actively required for the worker - either assigned directly or via the worker's staff category. Historic expired documents for categories that have been removed or are no longer requested no longer generate dashboard alerts.
