Summary
This release extends the Staff API to include document upload and approval details, removes the business-email block when admins edit existing worker or admin profiles, and introduces custom fields on the Risk Register.
APIs
Staff API — Document Upload and Approval Details Now Included - The Staff API now returns who uploaded each staff document and when, and who approved it and when. It also includes documents that were uploaded against a request which was later removed, giving integrating systems the same view as the Staff > Documents panel in the app.
Workers (Contractor App)
Editing Worker Profiles With Free Email Addresses - Admins can now update worker and admin profile details (including phone, name and email) without being blocked when the email is from a free provider such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail.
Risk Register
Risk Register Custom Fields - Admins can now add up to 5 custom text fields under Configuration. The new fields appear on the Add Risk and Edit Risk forms, the Risk Detail page, and the expanded Risk Register list (searchable and sortable), and are included in CSV exports.
