12-06-2026 Translations V3 release

Summary

This release expands multilingual support across ComplyFlow — Inspection tables and reports, Form and Incident screens, and incident notification emails now appear in the user’s selected language — and fixes a registration page error that occurred in some languages.

Translations

  • Inspection Screens and Reports Now Translate More Fully - In the Inspection module, the data tables, filters, upload prompts and report exports (CSV and PDF) now appear in your selected language, not just the page labels. Content you type yourself (findings, recommendations) stays as written.

  • Form Section Names and Form Type Dropdown Now Translate - On the Form Type and Form Question screens, form section names now appear in your selected language, and when creating a new form the form-type options in the dropdown now translate too.

  • Incident Emails and Detail Screens Now Translate - Incident notification emails (new incident, sign-off required, potentially-notifiable, closing alert) now send in each recipient’s preferred language, and the Incident Details Investigation and Corrective Action activity cards now appear in the user’s language.

  • Fixed Registration Error in French and Other Languages - On the public contractor registration page, choosing France (Français) — or any language whose text contains an apostrophe — no longer breaks the page. Registration now continues normally.

12-06-2026 Contractor APP > Live Access

Summary

This release brings the Live Access module to the Contractor App for the first time — Contractor Admins can now see, in real time, which of their workers are signed in across the sites they work on, with Map, List and Sign In Book views. It also ships a set of fixes to the existing Client App Live Access views.

Live Access — Contractor App (New)

  • Live Access Is Now Available in the Contractor App - Contractor Admins can now see, in real time, which of their workers are signed in across the sites they work on. A new Live Access area provides a live Map view, a List view of signed-in workers, and a Sign In Book — filterable by client and location, and exportable to PDF. Workers who sign in without sharing their location (or via QR sign-in) are clearly marked "Approximate Location Only". You only ever see your own workers and the clients and sites you are assigned to.

Live Access — Client App

  • Geofences Now Show on the Map - On the Client App Live Access map view, configured site geofences are now correctly detected and displayed instead of being skipped.

  • Super User Staff See Signed-In Workers in the List View - Super User accounts now correctly see workers who are signed in via Live Access in the Client App List View.

  • Sign-Out Now Works for Staff - Resolved an error that blocked some staff and admin users from signing a person out of Live Access (List View and Sign In Book). The Sign Out action now works for users with monitoring access.

  • Activity Panel Site Filter Now Works - Selecting a site in the Live Access Activity panel now filters the activity list to that site. Previously the selection was ignored and all sites’ activity was always shown.
