View your Workers in Live Access

Overview

Live Access gives Supplier Admins visibility of which of their Workers are signed in across the Sites they work on. This guide explains how to view signed-in Workers in real time using the Map View, List View and Sign In Book.

Who can access Live Access

Live Access is available to Supplier Admins. The Workers you can see depend on your Admin type:

  • Primary Admins (Account Owners) and Admins can view all of your Company's signed-in Workers

  • Restricted Admins can view only the Workers in their Worker list (those assigned to the same Client as the Restricted Admin)

Non-admin Workers do not have access to the Live Access menu.

You only ever see your own Company's Workers, and only the Clients and Sites you are assigned to.

Accessing Live Access

  1. From the left menu, select Live Access

  2. Select one of the following views:

    • Map View to see signed-in Workers on a live map

    • List View to see signed-in Workers in a table

    • Sign In Book to review a record of sign-ins

Selecting a Client and Site

Across the Map View, List View and Sign In Book, you choose what to display by Client and Site:

  1. Select the Client dropdown and choose a Client

  2. Select the Site dropdown and choose a Site

The Select a Site option only lists the Sites you are assigned to. Each view displays an empty state until you apply a filter.

Map View

The Map View displays your signed-in Workers in real time across the Sites you work on.

  • Select a Worker to centre the map on their location

  • A compliance status badge is displayed against each Worker

Note: Workers who sign in without sharing their location, or who sign in by QR code, are marked Approximate Location Only.

List View

The List View displays a table of your signed-in Workers. The table includes the Worker's Name, Type, Status, Company, Work Order / Activity, Sign in time and Location (Site).

  • Select List View or Map View to toggle between the two

  • Apply the Locations and Organisation filters to narrow the list

  • Select Download CSV to export the List View

Sign In Book

The Sign In Book provides a record of sign-ins for your Workers.

  • Apply the Client and Location filters to narrow the records

  • Select Status to filter the records by sign-in status

  • Select Export PDF to export the records to PDF

  • Select Export CSV or Export CSV by Date Range to export the records to a spreadsheet

The exported file includes the Status, Email and Work Order columns.
