Summary
This quick release strengthens data isolation for staff compliance document downloads, resolves errors and timeouts that could stop the contractor approvals list, work order creation, the dashboard alerts table and the staff dashboard from loading on large organisations, restores reliable Live Access sign-in and sign-out, and corrects the Edit button on offline training sessions.

Stronger Protection for Staff Document Downloads - Strengthened access controls so staff compliance document downloads are correctly isolated to your own organisation.

Contractor Approvals List Loads Reliably - Fixed an error that could stop the contractor approvals list from loading for organisations with a very large number of contractor categories. The list now loads reliably, with the same results as before.
Work Orders With Special Characters Now Save via API - Work orders created through the API no longer fail when their text fields contain emoji or other special characters; previously the work order was rejected and not created.
Dashboard
Faster Dashboard Alerts for Large Accounts - Resolved a timeout that could cause the dashboard alerts table to hang and show an error on large accounts. The invoice-status breakdown now loads quickly and only runs when an invoice-status filter is applied. Filtering (Paid / Unpaid / Overdue / Not Overdue) returns the same results as before.
Staff Dashboard Loads Reliably on Large Permit Accounts - The staff dashboard no longer times out or fails to load on organisations with many permits. It now builds permit alerts only from the permits a staff member actually needs to act on.
Live Access
Reliable Sign-In and Sign-Out - Workers can now reliably sign in and out of a site even when the site's location or project assignment is incomplete or has been removed; a clear message is shown instead of the action failing.
Offline Training
Edit Button Now Matches Your Access - The "Edit Details" button on a training session is now hidden for users who can only view that session, instead of opening a form that could not be saved. Users who can edit still see it as before.
