Stricter Email-Address Validation - Email addresses with unsupported characters (such as the backtick or apostrophe) are now rejected when entered, instead of being accepted and producing a broken registration link. Usernames now follow Gmail-style rules.

More Reliable Password Reset - Tightened password-reset handling so closed or removed accounts are treated consistently with unknown accounts, and fixed a related login error so affected users get a clean, predictable response.

Site Documents Hidden for Archived Sites - The Site Documents list now only shows documents from active sites; documents from archived or expired sites no longer appear.

"Expired" Label at Site Sign-In - Workers and staff signing in to a site via QR code now see an "Expired" label next to any site document that has expired. The label clears automatically once the document is updated.

Clearer Archived Sites Button - The action button on the Archived Sites list now reads "View Site/Project", reflecting that the list can contain both sites and projects.

Assign Buttons Display Correctly on Small Screens - Fixed a layout issue on Site Details where the "Assign" button could be hidden and "Cancel" overlapped on smaller screens. The controls now stack cleanly at any width.

Save Changes Button Works Every Time - Fixed an issue where the Save Changes button on a Site Document's Settings tab stayed disabled after first use, requiring a page refresh.

Faster Site Documents on Large Sites - The Site Documents category options, table, and remove-category actions no longer time out on sites with many documents. The assignable-category list is now correctly limited to your own organisation.

Custom Field Columns Now Show in the Supplier List - Contractor Custom Fields configured under Organisation Details now appear and populate in the Supplier List, are sortable, and display special characters correctly.

Contractors With a Suppressed ABN Can Register - Companies whose ABN details are hidden ("suppressed") on the Australian Business Register can now complete registration by entering the Company and Trade Name manually, instead of being blocked.

Reliable Duplicate Worker Detection - Adding a worker whose name or email already exists now correctly flags the duplicate instead of creating a second account. Name matching ignores hyphens and apostrophes.

Corrected Compliance Status Badge Count - Workers with no requirements, documents, or site assignment no longer show an incorrect badge count of 1 on the Contractor App profile.

Edit Worker User Type Modal Fixed - The Yes and Cancel buttons on the "Edit Worker User Type" confirmation modal now work correctly, instead of leaving the user stuck.

Faster Contractor Workers and Dashboard - Resolved slow loading on the Contractor Workers list and Contractor Dashboard; these pages now load quickly and reliably.

Faster Company Details Page - The Company Details page now loads quickly for contractors with many client connections and a long document history; document data loads only when the Documents tab is opened.

Consistent Client Links in "Requested By" - Client names in the Contractor App dashboard "Requested By" column now consistently link to the client profile.

Alerts Table Layout and Responsive Fixes - The Dashboard alerts table now has tidier, consistent column widths and action buttons that display correctly on smaller screens, on both the Client and Contractor dashboards.

CSV Export Respects the Search Box - When you type a term in the Search box on the All Forms list, the Download CSV now exports only the matching forms, instead of ignoring the search text.

Clearer Forms Permission Labels and Navigation - Forms staff-permission options were renamed for clarity, and Form Types, Form Questions, Form Roles and Module Settings are now grouped under a single "Configuration" menu.

Weekly Reminder for Outstanding Contractor Forms - Contractor workers now receive a weekly email listing forms they have not started or completed, each showing its progress and a direct link to complete it.

Permission Scheme Display Refreshes After Saving - After changing a staff member's Permission Scheme via the Manage Permissions slide-over, the displayed scheme now updates immediately instead of showing the old value until reload.

Weekly Plant Document Expiry Email - Designated staff can now receive a weekly Monday email listing plant documents that expire within the next 30 days. Recipients are configured per project in Super Features.

Plant Expiry Emails Link Straight to the Record - Plant document expiry emails now link directly to the specific plant record after login, instead of dropping you at the login page.

Incident Emails Show the Correct Local Time - The date and time stamp inside incident notification emails now displays in the project's own timezone instead of GMT.

Incident PDF Export No Longer Fails on Deleted Files - Deleting a file from an incident previously left a broken reference that made PDF export fail. The export now skips missing files and completes, and file deletion always removes the file cleanly.

Inspections No Longer Get Stuck "In Progress" - An inspection completed on the mobile app could stay stuck showing "In Progress" if its sync was interrupted. Stuck inspections now self-heal automatically.

Plant Operating Hours No Longer Capped - Large plant meter readings synced from the Inspection app were truncated on the completed inspection PDF. Readings are now stored at full value and out-of-range values are rejected.

Special Characters Display Correctly in Push Notifications - Push notification titles and messages containing &, <, or > no longer appear garbled on mobile devices.

"Export By Date Range" Button Fixed - The Export By Date Range button on the Sign In Book now works and exports the correct date range, instead of staying disabled or using the wrong dates.

More Question Types Selectable for AI Review - When creating an AI agent, dropdown, checkbox, radio, and yes/no questions now appear in the question picker, in addition to text questions.

Online Training Included by Default for New Starter Accounts - New Enterprise Starter accounts created with "Induction Management & Training" selected now automatically include the Online Training module.

Date Range Filter Returns Matching Records - Filtering Offline Training Sessions by a date range no longer comes back empty when sessions exist in that range.

Notification Emails Send Reliably - Fixed a defect where Offline Training confirmation, creator-notification, and reminder emails were not being delivered. These emails now send as expected.

New Weekly Reminder Email for Contractor Workers - Contractor workers now automatically receive a weekly email listing forms they have not started or completed. Workers are included based on the email opt-in and recent activity.

New Weekly Plant Document Expiry Email - A new weekly email lists plant documents expiring within the next 30 days. It is opt-in — recipients are configured per project in Super Features.

Duplicate Worker Detection Now Blocks Duplicates - Adding a worker whose name or email already exists is now blocked instead of creating a second account, and name matching ignores hyphens and apostrophes. Some "add worker" attempts that previously succeeded will now be flagged as duplicates.

Site Documents Hidden for Archived Sites - The Site Documents list no longer shows documents belonging to archived or expired sites. Documents that were previously visible for those sites will no longer appear.
