Summary
This release introduces AI Tools V2 — you can now build your own custom AI document-review agents through a guided wizard, preview an agent's review criteria, test it on a real document before going live, and choose which form fields are sent to the AI as context. It also improves AI Review feedback and limit messaging on forms, and streamlines the form footer with a new Save & Continue option.
AI Tools — Build Your Own AI Agent (New)
Build Your Own AI Agent - You can now create your own custom AI document-review agent through a guided wizard — choose the document type, define the review criteria, and configure the agent. Your agents become available alongside ComplyFlow's pre-built ones for reviewing safety documents.
AI-Generated Review Criteria - The wizard can suggest review criteria for your chosen document type, which you can keep, edit, weight, or add your own to.
Preview and Test Before Going Live - Before saving an agent you can run it against a real sample document to see the actual review result, and you can preview an agent's review criteria from the agent configuration panel. Each test gives you up to two free previews, recorded in your AI Tokens history without using any tokens.
Send Form Fields as AI Context - When configuring an agent, you can select specific form questions and entity fields whose answers are sent to the AI as additional context, for more accurate, form-aware reviews.
See Review Criteria Before Submitting - On AI questions in a form, a "Display Criteria" link lets contacts and reviewers see exactly what the AI will assess their response against before running a review.
AI Tools — Improvements & Fixes
Complete Additional Context in AI Reviews - AI Reviews now include every field configured as additional context — even answers you haven't saved yet — and these are recorded in the AI Log.
Clearer AI Review Limits - The AI Review panel again shows how many reviews remain for a question, and explains when you have used all of them.
Faster Feedback on Unsupported Questions - Running AI Review on a question that can't be reviewed now returns an immediate message instead of loading until it times out.
AI Review Help Improvements - The AI Review help pop-up now closes correctly on all screen sizes, and its "Find out more" links open as expected.
Tidier AI Tools Menu - Removed two unused placeholder links ("Prompt Suggestion" and "SAM") from the AI Tools menu.
Forms
Streamlined Form Footer with Save & Continue - The Forms footer now groups actions into a single Save & Submit dropdown, including a new Save & Continue option that lets you save your answers and keep editing without leaving the form.
