Summary
This release improves loading time on the Online Training list, fixes the contractor Clients page for companies working with very large clients, and makes a chosen language stick after logout. It also includes a set of behind the scenes security and reliability improvements.
Online Training
Faster loading on the Online Training list - The training list now loads faster, especially for organisations with a large number of training records.
Paging on the training list has changed - The list now uses Previous and Next buttons instead of numbered page buttons. The same records, columns, sort order, filters and page size are unchanged.
Language
Your chosen language is now remembered after you log out - Choosing a language from the profile menu changed the screen straight away, but the choice was lost at the next login and everything went back to English. Your choice is now saved and applied automatically each time you log in, on both the client and contractor sides, and translated names and document titles follow it.
Permits
File names containing a slash are no longer accepted - When attaching a file to a permit request, a file name containing a slash or backslash is refused. Rename the file and upload it again.
Live Access
Sign-in configurations save with the sign-out set and site induction left empty - A Live Access sign-in configuration could not be saved unless a Confirmation Set Out and a Site Induction were both chosen, and the form showed a "must be digits only" error instead. Confirmation Set In, Confirmation Set Out and Site Induction are all optional now, so a sign-in only location can be set up and saved.
Security and Reliability
Security improvements across the platform - This release includes a number of behind the scenes security and reliability improvements across several areas of the product. There is no change to how any feature works and no action is needed.
Changes to Be Aware Of
The following changes may affect how some features work. Please review these if they apply to your organisation.
Paging on the Online Training list - Previous and Next buttons replace numbered page buttons, so you can no longer jump straight to a specific page. The records shown, the columns, the sort order and the filters are unchanged.
Saved language now applies at login - Anyone who previously chose a language other than English, and found it reverted, sees the product in their chosen language from their next login. No action is needed. The language can be changed at any time from the profile menu.
