Submitting Permits via the Live Access Mobile App

Depending on the client setup, Workers can submit Permits via the web or via the Live Access app. To submit via the Live Access mobile app, follow the steps below:

1. Once you have signed in to Live Access, you have the option to view Permits (bottom right) on the Site and select Start a new permit, or directly select Start Permit on the app's Home Page.

2. When starting a permit, fill out the permit form with the necessary details and select Save and Continue.

  • Description: Brief summary or title of the form, outlining its purpose.

  • Site: Location or site where the form will be utilised or applied.

  • Form Type: Select the type from the dropdown.

  • Start Date: Date when the form becomes active or available for use.

  • Expiry Date: Date when the form expires or is no longer valid/acceptable.

3. Complete the form, attach the necessary documents, and select Save and Submit. A confirmation pop-up will appear upon successful submission.

  • Access the completed permit within the Permit section and select View Permit Files to review the detailed permit PDF.
