The first time you open the Live Access mobile app you will be required to verify your identity via your phone number. The number you enter must already be on your profile in ComplyFlow.
Select your area code and enter your phone number. Then, select Get PIN > OK to receive the verification PIN.

2. Enter the PIN that you received via SMS/text message and select Submit to verify your access.

You may be taken back to the original screen to enter your phone number. If this happens, select Already got a PIN? CLICK HERE below the Get PIN button.
3. Upon initial Site access, a Privacy Notification will appear. Select Continue to proceed.
4. You may also need to allow Live Access to access your device’s location. If you are required to do this, select the Accept button and/or While using the app, or a similar option on your device.
5. Select the Site or Project you would like to sign in to. Check this guide for Signing in and Out of a Site.
If no Sites are shown, you might not have been assigned to a Site or Project. Please contact your administrator to assign you one.
