Can't login to Live Access App?

The credentials you need to log in for Live Access is your phone number. If you are having trouble and received the error message below see below for details on why this is.

1. Your profile doesn't exist in Comply Flow

You may not have a profile in the system. Please contact your company administrator so you can be added to the system and complete any required site inductions. Once your profile is setup you should be able to use Live Access.

2. Your mobile number isn't setup correctly in your profile

You mobile number might not be right or set. Please contact your company administrator so they can update your profile. You can also be issued a login link so you can update your mobile number yourself.
