Overview
The Dashboard is the main landing page for all Users. This screen is tailored to you and lists any tasks that you are required to undertake.
All Staff and Contractors (Suppliers) have a Dashboard that displays actions they are required to complete depending on your organisation's requests. These tasks may include completing training, uploading documents (i.e. to become compliant), or processing documents if you are designated as a Document Approver.
How to navigate your Dashboard
The ComplyFlow Dashboard makes it easy to navigate filters, take online inductions, upload documents, and review documents (approve, reject, or conditionally approve).
1.Select Filters (next to the search bar) to search for a specific requirement.
Requirement Status - It will filter the four types of requirement statuses: Awaiting Approval, Requested, Expiring Soon, and Expired (1)
Requirement type - It will filter the Contractor Document, Project Contractor Document, Project/Site Contractor Approval, Your Document Requests, Worker Photo, Worker Document, Equipment Calibration, Equipment Document, Plant Document, Online Training, Incident, Risk Action, Application & Forms, and Inspection (2)
Organisation - It will filter the company requirements or submitted documents (3)
Entity type - It will filter Contractor, Worker, Equipment, Plant, Staff, Inspection Action and Scheduled Inspection (4)
Invoice Status - It will filter the Paid, Unpaid, Overdue, and Not Overdue status. If your organisation requires an annual registration fee from Contractors, this status will indicate whether the payment has been made (5)
2. If your organisation requires you to upload your photo, you can do it by selecting the Upload Photo.
Upload Photo - Drag the photo here or click it to select from your computer (1)
Save Photo - Select Save Photo to upload the photo in the system (2)
3. If your organisation or Project is requesting you to complete an online test. Select Take the Test to proceed (this will launch the ComplyFlow LMS).
4. If your organisation is requesting you to provide a document you can do it by selecting Upload Document.
Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1)
Upload File - Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2)
Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3)
No expiry date required- If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4)
Comment- Add a comment if needed (5)
Upload Document(s) - Select Upload Document(s) to finish (6)
5. If there are no alerts on your Dashboard, and you have not completed all your requirements, you may have accidentally dismissed them.
a. Please select the button beside the Display dismissed alerts to show the hidden alerts (1).
b. Select Undismiss to display the hidden alert in the Dashboard.
