  • Update: Get Employee List API endpoint has the option to filter by Contractor Attribute

  • Update: Permit Expiry to consider the Project/Site Timezone
    - this wasn’t done yet for Permits that have the expiry date manually extended

  • Update: Client App > Offline Training "Session Attendance" table > new column “Pending Documents”
    - it will show in red the User’s outstanding documents

  • Update: The token login link will no longer work after Workers registered and activated their Account
    - Worker List from the Contractor Admin login will no longer have the options to “Copy login link” and “Send login email” under the Action drop down (only when the Worker is still “offline/has no Account registered”)
    - in the Staff login we didn’t hide these options yet, but they are no longer operational after the worker has the Account registered (only when the Worker is still “offline/has no Account registered”)
    - Workers won’t be able to use the token login link again after their registered their Account, the link becomes invalid.

  • Update: Worker logins → editing a worker’s profile has been improved to be more UX, showing all required fields highlighted and an error message next to the disabled CTA button

  • Update: Unregistered Contractors and Restricted Admins, will be HARD Deleted if they do not register their Account in 1 hour
    - the existing data in PROD’s DB has been cleaned up

  • Fixed: Intercom related bug

  • Fixed: The new tool tip design to show properly across the Worker Logins(all places)

  • Fixed: Subsequent Company Documents upload from the Worker Admin Dashboard wasn’t possible for certain Company Documents and this has been fixed

- also in the same BUG we fixed another important BUG that was creating “incorrect data in the DB” for all entities when uploading Document Categories from the Staff login
- the data in PROD’s DB

  • Fixed: Update Staff API endpoint not to cause the “out of memory” error in PROD

  • Fixed: Creating a new Permit and changing the “Applicant” feature to ensure the Dashboard alert will show up on the Applicant’s Dashboard

  • Fixed: OZM provisioning BUG when Staff was adding workers → the auto-provisioning flag to stay FALSE (0) until the Worker registers the Account

  • Fixed: The Plant list to ignore deleted Plant items

  • Fixed: Plant List → Organisation column tool tip UI bug

  • Fixed: Plant List → "Make / Model / Year" column UI bug

  • Fixed: The “&” symbol fixed when adding new data and also the existing data in the DB (using a specific command)
