  • Fixed: Worker Logins → User session related bug

  • Fixed: Permit/Forms → Search filter to work properly with the “&” character

  • Fixed: API bug when retrieving the Worker List and the Worker Details to show the Document Category status correctly

  • Updated: Worker Administrator logins → Documents > Documents List

- New UI

- New and improved filters

- It will show all Documents, including Plant and Equipment

- Ability for the User to “Manage” documents high level from this view
1. Upload / view / download / unassign / delete / supersede(manually expire) / etc
2. The page should update the data after each action the User will do

  • Updated: Worker Administrator logins → Worker’s Profile > new “Documents” tab

- This should be similar to the main Documents menu → Documents List, but it will contain all Documents related to that specific worker only

- There are no filters here (not required yet)

- “Add Internal Requirements” feature can be managed in the same view/page

  • Updated: Regular Worker logins → new Documents menu and Documents List

- Workers are able to see all their Documents now and they can “manage” from this new view.

  • Updated: Option for the Users to upload multiple documents for the same Document Category

  • Updated: If there is 1 Active/Valid document for a Document Category and then the User will upload 1 or more → when the Staff will “Approve”, the System will automatically supersede the previous Active/Valid document
    - New comment will be added
    - It’s for all entities, except Staff (Company/Worker/Plant and Equipment)

  • Updated: Users can “Unassign” the Document Categories requested additionally for Workers only:
    - If the Document Category doesn’t have the “Internal” flag
    - If it’s requested from the Client as “Additional Document requests” or internally by the Company
    - Approved/valid Documents will stay in the Documents List views the same and if it’s “Awaiting Approval”, then it will be automatically expired

  • Updated: Important to know also that Users uploading from their Dashboard documents will not have the same “flexibility and visibility” compared to the new Document Lists
    - the Dashboard rules didn’t change for example, we are still showing Documents requested based on the User’s access/authority and status, WHILE in the new Documents Lists, Worker Administrators will be able to see all documents E.g not assigned to the Client or on the Project/Site → Document Categories will show but without the ability to “do actions” in this case
