  • Update: Permits was renamed to “Forms”. This has been done across the entire module (but not yet entirely, there are still a few places where the label name it will say “Permit(s)”) for both Worker and Staff logins
    - including some email alerts

  • Update: Permit Holder label has been renamed to “Contact Person”

  • Update: New Form Type. This is a more “simple version” of the exiting Permit Type.
    - when we create a new “Simple Form Type” permit → the 1st page/step will be skipped automatically and the user will be prompted to fill out Section 1 straight away
    - from this point the functionality will be the same

  • Update: Adding a new Permit/Simple Form:
    - This can be done from the Permit List where the label has been changed to “New Form +”
    - Clicking the “New Form +” → it will follow with modal where the logged in User can select the existing Permit Type or the new Simple Form Type
    - The “Site” drop down next, it will show the values only where the logged in User is assigned and Active on
    - If the type selected it’s a new Simple Form → it will follow with Section 1 questions view
    - If the type selected it’s a Parent or Child Permit Type → it will follow with the 1st page (the usual existing process & flow)

  • Update: For the Worker login → the left menu will no longer have the “Alerts” sub menu, it will be just “Forms”
    - Forms menu = Forms List showing the data the same as before
    - All “Alerts” can be found on the main Dashboard only
    - Dashboard → Filters right panel → Requirement type drop down → to filter for all Permits/Forms, select “Application & Forms”
