Fixed: Incident around deleted Staff that was preventing specific “User” from accessing the Incident Module

Fixed: Compliance filters JSON data generation command which was failing partially due to some “corrupted/damaged” data in the DB<br>- the bad data was also removed from PROD’s DB

Fixed: API endpoint for the “get worker details” endpoint. We can now retrieve data both for online/verified workers and workers who doesn't have an account created yet
