  • Update: Sign in via “Location QR CODE” feature
    - when a Person is signing in, the system will check the person’s First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. If the person exists in CF → the system will sign IN the person’s record from CF (both Staff and Worker)
    - if there is no “match” → the person will be signed in as a Visitor
    - works well with the Live Access APP and the Web Live Access Dashboard feature
    - the PSB data for Workers and Staff → it will be imported to Safety Stats as per usual

  • Update: Permit feature - option to hide questions based on answers- the child question will now show only once

  • Update: Live Access Module → Privacy Blurb to show for Staff profiles when signing IN without having the GPS logs flag turned ON

  • Update: Admin Functions - "Search Accounts" feature > workers not yet registered will show their email address correctly

  • Update: Contractor Primary Admin - no Licence required
    - Worker List and Details from the Contractor Admin login → it will show “Account Owner' under the Account Status field

  • Update: Contractor Worker logins (Admin and regular Worker) → the “My Profile” moved from the top right drop down to the left menu, see screen shot

  • Update: Intercom around the “Shared Workers” filtering for Contractors

  • Update: Staff having “Live Safety Monitoring” and / or “Live Safety Monitoring Global” rights, no longer requires security permission from the Live Access Admin view to “see other Staff”
    - Live Access Dashboard
    - Live Access APP

  • Update: Plan Type Custom Field
    - Adding or editing Plant Items will have an additional field “Plant Category” to ensure a better classification for all Plant Types- Ability to configure custom fields for each Plant Type (text and/ or checkbox field type)

    - The data from these “custom fields” can be exported from the Staff/Client login only from the Plant & Vehicles List view

  • Update: The Contractor Admin login will have the following fields required when adding / editing Plant Items:
    - Year Of Manufacture
    - Model
    - Make

    From the Staff login the fields are still “optional”, not required.

    NOTE: there are no functionality changes, everything should work the same way.

  • Fixed: Permit and Live Access APP to show the Push Notification data correctly when the Permit has been started by any user (the user logged in to the Permit from the Live Access APP)
    - around the “&” that was causing an error

  • Fixed: PSB → CSV export to export the data correctly

  • Fixed: Contractor Registration form using the custom links → nothing changed in the functionality, just fixed some important bugs

  • Fixed: Adding and editing Staff via API endpoints → to populate the “Address Street 1” field

  • Fixed: Online Inductions requested from the Project/Site Details, should no longer be taken into consideration for both Staff and Workers when “deactivated or archived or both”
    - the fixes will impact the Staff List → Outstanding column, Staff List CSV Export, Staff Details → Training view and Dashboard- same as above but for Workers

  • Fixed: Staff deletion process for uploaded photos and not yet approved not to show the Dashboard alert for processing
