Managing Locations (tied to QR Code Management)

Introduction

Each site location has its own QR code / sign-in link. Kiosk Display is turned on per location in Site Access — once enabled, that location's link opens the Kiosk landing screen instead of the standard visitor sign-in page.

Turning on Kiosk Display for a location

1. Go to Sites > Sites List. Select View Site > Site Access > Edit.

2. Tick the Enable kiosk display checkbox, which is located in the same Device/Location settings section as Block visitor sign-in. This option is turned off by default.

3. Select Save. The location's QR code/link now opens the kiosk experience instead of the standard sign-in page.

4. Unticking it restores the normal sign-in page for that link.

Enable kiosk display help text: When enabled, this location's QR code will display a polished iPad-friendly visitor registration interface. Visitors will be able to select who they're visiting and staff will receive SMS/email notifications.
