Marking Online Training as Complete

Mark Online Training complete for a Worker or Staff User from the Online Training Report or their profile

Written by ComplyFlow

Introduction

You can mark Online Training as complete on behalf of a Worker or Staff User, for example when they completed the training in a group session or on another profile. You can do this from the Online Training Report or from the person's profile.

To mark training complete you need the Workers > Manage Workers & Training permission (previously Training RW). To view the Online Training Report you need Workers > View Workers & Training (previously Training R).

Mark training complete from the Online Training Report

Use the report when you need to find the training first, or to work through several people.

1. Select the module picker at the top left, then select Training

2. Select Online Training > Online Report in the left menu

3. Use Filters or the search box to find the person

4. On the training row, select Actions > Online Training Completion

5. In the Complete Online Training? window, enter a Comment, such as the reason or where the training was completed

6. Select the Completion Date

You can select today or a past date, but not a future date

7. Select Complete Online Training

8. A success message confirms the training has been completed. The row shows who marked it complete in Marked Complete By, and your note in Comment

Both the Comment and the Completion Date are required. Check the Completion Date carefully before you save, as it sets when the training expires.

Mark training complete from a Worker's or Staff User's profile

Use this when you are already working in the person's profile.

1. Open the person's profile:

  • Worker: go to Suppliers > Workers > Worker List, search for the Worker and select View, then select the Compliance Settings tab

  • Staff User: go to Staff > Staff List, search for the Staff User and select View, then select the Settings tab

2. Scroll down to Online Training/Inductions

3. On the training row, select Actions > Online Training Completion

4. Enter a Comment and select the Completion Date, then select Complete Online Training

5. The training status changes to Completed, showing the date completed and the expiry date
