Introduction
This guide provides instructions for using ComplyFlow's Learning Management System (LMS) to manage and deliver online training. ComplyFlow's LMS supports SCORM-compliant training packages for both internal and external users.

Training Triggers: Training can be assigned based on specific criteria, such as an individual's assigned site or their role.
Format
ComplyFlow can convert your training content into a SCORM package or you can provide us with a SCORM package.
SCORM Publishing Format: SCORM 1.2
SCORM packages are to be uploaded to a shared folder and you will be required to fill in a form - see example
Triggering Training Based on Criteria
Site Based Assignment: Training can be required for individuals working at certain sites, ensuring they meet site-specific safety and compliance needs. To assign the training to a site you can open the site and assign the training.
Role-Based Training: Training can also be assigned based on roles. To assign training to a role you can open the Configuration > Staff Categories or Worker Categories
Monitoring and Reporting
The LMS offers reports on user progress, you can access reports following this guide: https://help.complyflow.com/en/articles/8586245-online-training-reports
If the training is assigned to a role then it will count towards compliance of the user in the role. To report on role compliance you can go to Training >Competency Matrix https://help.complyflow.com/en/articles/9068909-competency-matrix
Training can also be required for site access which will count towards the compliance of the user when accessing site (eg Site Induction). To report on Site Access Compliance you can go to the Sign in Register.
